Sudhir Karnataki started working with an MNC in Pune and after a successful career ventured into the Real Estate and Construction business in 1998. He is one of the most renowned Developers in Pune with over 18 Projects with more than 1000 happy customers. Some of the prestigious projects include Kanchan Heights, Kanchan Vastu, Kanchan Ban, Kanchan Bilwa, Kanchan Jyoti, Ruturang, etc.

Apart from earning credibility and trust in the construction industry, Mr. Sudhir Karnataki takes an active part in Nature Conservation and Philanthropic activities.
